$130 – 55 minutes
$150 – initial assessment or 90 minute session (can be utilized for EMDR)
$75 – Walk and Talk (45 minutes)
I accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. All fees are due at the time of service.

Even if I do not take your insurance, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Good Faith Estimate
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that goes into effect January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” Below you can find more information.
Policies
Cancellation: 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hour notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. If the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, the appointment will be forfeited without refund. You will be responsible for paying the full appointment fee. The fee can be waived for emergency cancellations but you are responsible for contacting me prior to the session.
Payment: I require clients to keep an active card on file. I will not charge your card if you prefer to pay in cash, check, or if you are using your insurance. If you do not show up for the appointment, or if you cancel late, I will charge your card the full appointment fee as described above.
